I think Samsung didn’t need introduction though let me introduce you to the brand, Samsung was known for its electronics manufacturing and distribution ships among the electronics market.
In 2009 samsung bought their first android smartphone, which was the first galaxy series they have developed. They have developed an “s series” phone which is still a good hi-end smartphone series.they are also big supplier in smartphone camera and amoled display segment even apple was their customer.
Ideology
basically most companies have their ideology, like vivo for selfie camera, oneplus for flagship killer and iphone for premiumness with smoothness. Here Samsung doesn’t have a single focus, they want all rounder phones in every budget segment!!
Samsung got first mover advantage in india and became one of the highest selling brand in india.
Operating system
Samsung first come with their own os called bada, this os was built on linux kernel using c++
Then Samsung brings their phone based on “android” which is also a linux based operating system.
Samsung having its own android skin they called it “touch wiz user interface”.
In 2018 samsung have developed their more smooth and refined skin over android called “one UI”.
Till now Samsung bring the same user interface with integration of Samsung Dex(desktop experience support).

before going further let me tell you there are few main mobile chip manufacturers around the globe.

Brand Key Points
samsung came far away from where they have began, they now makes more powerful high end devices.
Even they have improved their mid range products with batter display and software sides.
(earlier people have some negativity about samsung midrange product cause of its software side)
With one ui they have improved their product
Earlier they build their smartphones using plastic materials till samsung galaxy s5
Samsung do lot of R&D on software and Hardware side
(earlier people found marginal difference between exynos and snapdragon devices with is decreased now, even some time its performs better)
