The MIND is one!
To understand it better, psychologist have divided it into Conscious, Subconscious & Unconscious Mind. Sigmund Freud, the father of modern Psychology uses the term Ego, Id & Super Ego for Conscious, Subconscious and Unconscious mind.Conscious mind is what we are conscious of. The conscious thinking we do. The conscious choices and decisions we make. This is just the tip of the iceberg! As shown in the chart, the subconscious and un-conscious part of mind is much bigger chunk of it. Conscious Mind can influence Subconscious Mind through repetition & Internalization. Subconscious mind is the repository of your previous learning and experiences, of your belief about the world. It is the storehouse of all thoughts and feelings, which together release a vibration. In turn, this vibration through the law of resonance attracts into your experience everything that resonates with your beliefs. Your Subconscious mind plays many different roles in your life.
- It maintains and balances the well-being of your body. That’s why our body is self-healing in nature. It has the power to heal any form of diseases you can think of. It is the fundamental of all so-called alternative therapies.
- It protects us and sometimes our loved ones, from emergences or dangers.
- It is the mega-memory bank. It stores all our past experiences.
- It is like a magnet. It has the power to attract things that resonate with its beliefs.
- It is like a radar. It sends and receives information to and from the super conscious mind.

What is super conscious mind?
- Super conscious mind is the Source of all power, all knowledge, all love, peace, it knows of no time, nor space, it has no limitations. Super conscious mind is omnipresent, ONE MIND expressing through all, and each human mind is only an individualized canter of consciousness of this ONE MIND. Contrary to the popular opinion, your mind is not your body; your body is in your mind.
- Whatever limitation you see are experiencing are strictly due to the limiting beliefs you can hold your subconscious mind. The way to overcome them is by aligning your conscious and subconscious minds with the super conscious mind. You do this by being willing to let go of your own beliefs about yourself and the world around you and opening yourself to the information, the power and the love following into “your canter of consciousness” directly from the super conscious mind. In spiritual literature this is often referred to as surrendering to god.
- Here’s what happen in this process of surrender. Imagine that your individual self is a drop of water, while the super conscious (GOD) is the ocean. When you surrender to it, when you merge with it – you have access to all the attributes, to all the power, wisdom, and love of the ocean. When you feel the surge of this power and love or gratitude and many even find yourself crying. You may also experience some strange symptoms in your body as your body is adjusting to be a conduct for more power.
- The process of engaging the super conscious mind is also referred to as de-hypnosis the goal is to de-hypnotize yourself from the liming beliefs you accepted about yourself and relationship to the world around you.
- In spiritual literature, super conscious mind is also known as Karana Chitta. It is the mind of light, the all-knowing intelligence of soul. The psychological term is Turiya, “the fourth”, meaning the condition beyond the states lf wakefulness (Jagrat), “dream”(svapna), and “deep sleep”(susupti). At its deepest level, the super conscious is Parashakti, or satchidananda, the Divine Mind of god Siva.in Sanskrit, there are numerous term for the various levels and states of super consciousness. Specific super conscious states such as: vishvachaitanya (“universal consciousness”), advaita chaitanaya (“nondual consciousness”), adhyatma chetana (“spiritual consciousbess”)
