In 2012 vivo came in India with its first smartphone vivo x1 wich was the first smartphone to come with inbuilt hifi audio amplifier.vivo assembled its first v series smartphone in 2015. Vivo makes two premium smartphone series “V and X series”. Till now they are going fine.
Vivo belongs to its parent company called bbk electronics, Where “OPPO, REALME, ONEPLUS” three another brands come under.
Ideology:
when vivo came first in the market, they only had one ideology which is “selfie camera” and music. Before vivo smartphones there were roughly smartphones that came with 1 or 2 megapixel selfie camera. They highly believe in marketing which they have done drastically.
Operating system
vivo comes with its own skin on Android called funtouch os. People usually found it came with a lot of bloatwares,which they have improved gradually.now days vivo makes their smartphone where we can remove unwanted applications. Even after android 10 most people getting basic futures like screen recording got built in, no more need to root smartphones unless you want to overclock cpu or third party applications which kernel don’t allow to install on device.

“vivo” doesn’t manufacture any chipset right now, they use Mediatek & Qualcomm
vivo used comes with midrange to mid-high range chipsets.
On budget smartphone they usually use Mediatek processors and topline “V” and “X” series bring with both Mediatek and Qualcomm Snapdragon 7xx series

From rumors – Vivo plans to bring its first foldable phone vivo x fold.
Key point for Brand
– vivo always focused on their camera and selfie camera, and till now they have improved in it. Vivo x70 pro plus was marketed using camera strategy and it was successful.
-vivo midrange smartphones usually came with low power chipset with decent performance compared to its competitor.
-vivo having many service stations even in small towns (people even bought their phones because of this reason).
